PRODUCER RATIONALE

Producers! What are producers? Producers are those that produce and control the production of goods and services that is being sold right now! Amazing right? Without them, there would be no commodities for us to enjoy. So, what exactly is producer rationale? Producer rationale has to do with producers making proper decisions to maximize profit. I won’t bore you any further, let’s deal with various businesses and explain the concept relating to real life. For all the car-gamers, mostly at least. We will start with Gameloft. Most popular for its latest debut of Asphalt 9: Legends. How is it such a success? Simple, gamers want something, they give it; if profitable. They may also choose between two highly requested features to be added to the game, and the one that is sure to increase player-base and fan-base. For example, whether to introduce a way in which high-quality virtual cars can be more easily accessible. Seeing that this may not only increase their fanbase but also players, leading to an increase in profits, they introduced Grand Prix. You see! Marketing geniuses.

However, the larger picture here is that for any producer to maximize profits in which about above 50-90% of producers will be doing. It is essential for these producers to develop a genius mind for marketing to make rational, calculated, and logical decisions to prevent their businesses from collapsing. That is producer rationale at work. Understanding how these actions interrelate and boost productions is the core of Producer Rationale. Action is everything, decisions are everything. Indeed, every decision has its risk factors, but when MB>MC, you just must go for it which brings me to the concept of Marginalism which will be covered in another blog.
